Raymat Italy Srl is specialized in the production of pultruded profiles in fiberglass. Production is located in Italy, Avezzano (100 Km. east of Rome) where it is carried out by an experienced staff. The facility, covers an area of 15.000 square meters of which 8.000 are covered.
The company uses the pultrusion technology which is a continuous production method for thermoset profiles, reinforced with glass fibres. Thanks to the experienced production team, advanced production technology and production equipments, RAYMAT manufactures not only standard shapes, such as fibreglass rods, I beams, angles and C channels but also special shapes requested by their customers.
Any RAYMAT product can be manufactured upon request to meet the mechanical and physical properties of EN 13706 European standards for structural pultruded profiles or EN13501-1 European standards concerning fire classification among construction products. All structural shapes are available in a polyester resin and vinylester resin.
